Where are my orders shipped from?

Your orders are shipped out from Kolkata, India.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products. We also share and track your shipment and will provide you with any assistance you may require post ordering. We will do our very best to update you on the status of the shipment via the email address you would have provided us with.

How much time will my order take to reach me?

We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 2-3 weeks. The shipping time for customised orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

How do I order if you do not ship to my location?

Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your pieces reach you. In case of any queries and doubts, we are happy to be of service. Just drop us an email orders@klothinn.com.

How can I cancel my order?

We do not allow order cancellation. Once your order is placed, it is immediately processed.

How can I return my order?

We are a brand that specialises in handcrafted products. Once your order has been taken and processed, a lot of effort and time goes into making each of these products. Our talented team create them using very time consuming processes. To safeguard their efforts we do not allow any returns on any order. Unless we have sent you a damaged piece, you can reach out to us and we will refund you for your order.

How do I exchange my order?

If you are unsatisfied with your order and want to exchange it, you can apply for an exchange of your order by writing to us at orders@klothinn.com.

We will only accept an exchange query if you write to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Also note, the following important information regarding exchange :

1. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
2. Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. All made to order products are non returnable and non exchangeable. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
3. All products bought on sale are not acceptable for exchange.
4. All international exchanges - shipping costs and custom costs for return shipment as well as cost of the pieces that will be re-shipped to you -  will have to be borne by you unless the products are damaged.

Can I place an international order?

• We ship worldwide. We don't do free international shipping. The cost of the courier needs to be borne by the customer. This cost will show up on the final checkout of your order.

What do I do if my international payments are not going through on your website?

• We have Razorpay as payment gateway. If you are unable to make a payment please contact us at orders@klothinn.com.
• If you are unable to make payments via our payment gateway, we also provide you an alternative to using Paypal. But Paypal has extra charges of 5% on your total order.

How am I charged for customs for an international order?

• For all orders outside of India – Customs and VAT will be charged as per the laws within your country. These customs and VAT will have to be paid by you. If you are unable to pay these at the time of accepting your package, please note that the order will not be cancelled or refunded. And your package will be destroyed by the local authorities.
• You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
• KLOTHINN has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
• It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 Can I exchange an international order?

If you are applicable for an exchange, then yes you can do so. For all international exchanges the cost of shipping and customs clearance for you to send back your order and the cost to receive your exchange order will have to be borne by you. If there is a damaged product then we take care of the shipping costs only once we have confirmed such a situation by email.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

For any orders/products that are damaged when a customer receives them, we need to be notified within 48hrs for us to process a replacement.

Exchange Policy: 

We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each KLOTHINN piece. As a company policy we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once the KLOTHINN pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at orders@klothinn.com within 7 days of receiving your order and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the KLOTHINN pieces. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please assist them.

We have made every effort possible to ensure the colours are displayed as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true colour. Pricing Policy

At KLOTHINN, we are committed to providing our customers with the best prices for pieces that are handcrafted. Our products are sold online and through retail. The prices applicable are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. Once you have completed the purchase order, and before making payment, you will be provided with a final overview identifying the article(s) acquired and the total price (including shipping and taxes).

During Sale

• We usually include select products on sale. 
• We do our best to ship every product after all quality checks. Unless a wrong/broken/damaged/poor condition piece has been shipped to the customer, we, unfortunately, do not accept the exchange or return of discounted products.
• In case of any discrepancy in the pricing of a discounted product on account of human error, the amount that appears in the system will be deemed final.
• We experience high volumes during the sale and will be unable to cancel any order due to shipment delays. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order on account of the non-availability of goods.
• We try our best to fulfil every order. In case a product in our inventory does not meet our quality check, we may have to cancel the order.
• Accounting and encashment of credit notes would make those orders ineligible for any further exchanges or refunds.
• All Duties & Taxes for international orders will apply as per the rules of the shipping destination and will be borne by the customer.
• We are an omni channel business and ship orders from multiple locations. You may receive your order in more than one package at different times. Rest assured; you will be kept informed every time a package is shipped.

GIFT CARDS

1. Gift Cards can be redeemed online at www.klothinn.com.
2. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards
3. If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking.
4. Gift Cards will expire after 1 year from the date of issue and any corresponding unused balance shall be forfeited thereafter
5. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit
6. You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Cards
7. Gift Card number is confidential. In the event of any misuse of Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser, KLOTHINNshall not be responsible for the same and no refund can be issued
8. Validity of Gift Cards cannot be extended, new Gift Cards cannot be provided against the expired/unused Gift Cards
9. Gift Cards are a Prepaid Instrument subjected to regulations by the Reserve Bank of India. KLOTHINN will be legally required to share the details of the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities.
10. A Gift card once purchased cannot be cancelled and no refund is applicable.
11. A Gift Card purchased in INR cannot be converted to USD and vice versa.

DELIVERY

KLOTHINN endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if KLOTHINN fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, KLOTHINN may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

LOSS IN TRANSIT OR DAMAGES

KLOTHINN shall make all endeavours to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. KLOTHINN does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by KLOTHINN. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any exchange unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to KLOTHINN within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.

KLOTHINN holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Products displayed on KLOTHINN attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, KLOTHINN does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by KLOTHINN is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact KLOTHINN within 48 hours of receipt and KLOTHINN riser vest the right to provide a solution as per its discretion. KLOTHINN is not liable to issue any refunds or allow exchanges and/or returns as a matter of policy.

FORCE MAJEURE

Failure on the part of KLOTHINN to perform any of its obligations and the non-furnishing of the Service, shall not entitle you to raise any claim against KLOTHINN or be a breach hereunder to the extent that such failure arises from an event of Force Majeure. If through force Majeure the fulfilment by either party of any obligation set forth in this Agreement will be delayed, the period of such delay will not be counted on in computing periods prescribed by this Agreement. Force Majeure will include any war, civil commotion, strike, governmental action, lockout, accident, epidemic or any other event of any nature or kind whatsoever beyond the control of KLOTHINN that directly or indirectly hinders or prevents KLOTHINN from commencing or proceeding with consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby. You expressly agree that lack of funds shall not in any event constitute or be considered an event of Force Majeure.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This agreement shall be construed and the legal relations between YOU and KLOTHINN hereto shall be determined and governed according to the laws of India. If any dispute arises between you and KLOTHINN regarding your use of the Website or Your dealing with KLOTHINN in relation to any activity on the Website, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or breach of any provision of the Terms & Conditions and/or Privacy Policy including but not limited to the rules and policies contained herein, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction to the Courts of New Delhi.

Your obligations to pay the Payment Fees shall not be suspended during the pendency of such proceedings.

GRIEVANCE

Any grievances you have by way of use of the website can be addressed to the ‘Customer Care’ by way of email to orders@klothinn.com

The ‘Customer Care’ shall thereafter consider the same and provide a response within one month of the date of such complaint/ grievance.
